Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

To be eligible:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• Proof of issue (photos/videos) must be provided

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size selection
• Change of mind
• Minor color differences due to screen settings

Refunds

If your request is approved, we will:

• Offer a replacement, or
• Issue a refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

Shipping Issues

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
• If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first
